Frequently asked questions
Free, Pro, and Teams plans use a credits system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features: generating responses, processing documents, running agents, and attending meetings. Free includes 200 credits a day, Pro includes 14,000 credits, and Teams includes 28,000 credits. See choosing a plan for current numbers.
No. Enterprise includes unlimited usage with no token-based spend. You pay a fixed custom price: no credits, no tokens, no surprise bills.
Yes. Skynet supports memory import from both Claude and ChatGPT (conversation history, project context, custom instructions, and saved prompts), so your AI already knows your work when you switch.
Skynet offers connectors for email (Gmail, Outlook), chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams), meetings (Zoom, Google Meet), and documents (Google Drive, Dropbox). Enterprise customers can also connect third-party LLM APIs (Claude, GPT).
Collective memory creates a shared knowledge layer for your team. When any member interacts with Skynet, relevant knowledge is added to the team's shared memory, and other members benefit from it in real time. Selective memory controls let you keep personal interactions private while sharing project and team knowledge.
Selective memory gives you granular control over what enters collective memory. Personal conversations and individual tasks stay private, while project discussions, shared documents, and team-wide decisions can be added to the collective. Admins can set policies on what contributes to collective memory.
Skynet's team works with your IT infrastructure to deploy the platform on your own data centre or private cloud. All AI processing happens within your network: no data leaves your servers. We handle setup, configuration, and compliance.
Enterprise is built to meet SOC 2 Type 2 (security and availability), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 42001 (AI management), and GDPR (data protection).
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You can connect to third-party LLM APIs, including Claude and GPT, and route certain tasks to those external models from within the Skynet workspace. All data stays within your infrastructure.
Free and Pro are single-workspace plans. Teams supports 3 or more seats, added as you need them. Enterprise seat counts are scoped to your deployment; contact sales for specifics.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro to Teams at any time: your workspace, connectors, and memory carry over. Upgrading to Enterprise involves on-premise or private-cloud deployment, which our team handles with you.
Skynet is a workspace, not a chatbot. It combines multiple AI models, persistent memory, real-time connectors, autonomous agents, meeting attendance, collective team memory, and on-premise Enterprise deployment in one platform. See the benchmarks page for a detailed comparison.
