Data retention
Skynet retains personal data and workspace content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
What this means in practice
- While your account is active: your workspace content, connected data, and collective memory stay available so Skynet keeps working the way you’ve set it up.
- On request: contact us to delete your account and associated data; see the Privacy Policy for the current contact address.
- Selective memory controls let Teams and Enterprise admins decide what enters collective memory in the first place, rather than relying only on deletion after the fact. See Memory.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
